Kyanite Kyanite is made up of miniature crystals. Gem quality Kyanite is blue, and formed in long bladed crystals. The color is often irregular with streaks of white. The color can vary from transparent to medium to dark blue. The color range includes gray, black and blue with white, green, yellow, and pink. Like Selentite, the long flat crystals are striated. Our preference is a vibrant blue, or sky blue coming out of Brazil. |
